    Dang it, I almost threw my lifting shoes in my backpack this morning. Ah well, conditions will not always be optimal, but the WOD goes on!

    To Rob, yes, I am in for the Games Open, but waiting to see if they actually fix the links on their policies that you are required to check to affirm that you’ve read and agree to.

But i think they say, no cheating (no rep means no rep, so don’t count it), no banned substances (i.e. braun, bonds, and a-rod got caught, so will you), and lastly they own you (all of you, your face, your voice, any wardrobe malfunction, and you may end up on you tube even if you dont want to be)
